Refund policy

Theincrivel.com takes great pleasure in providing the best service to all of our valued customers. We are completely confident in the quality of our products. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of our products, we would gladly accept returns within 7 days after the product reaches you . To facilitate a smooth service, we only accept return requests if the goods is accompanied by the invoice and the tag. All days are available for return. Returns are not permitted on the following items: used and/or altered apparel, jewelry, blouses, and any damaged stuff. Please send your questions/feedback to incrivelexports@gmail.com

If you have a sizing issue or are absolutely dissatisfied with any merchandise you receive within 7 days of receiving it, Theincrivel.com will arrange free and complementary reverse pickup from the shipping address and send a replacement or refund your purchase. After 7days, no refunds are permitted.

Please Note:

  • Please do checkin with return form in the menu bar and fill the details
  • All returned products must be in new condition, with all original package contents and tags attached
  • Please include a copy of the invoice when you return the product
  • Sarees with stitched blouses are not returnable.
  • Customised goods cannot be returned.
  • Once purchased, innerwear cannot be returned or replaced.

Please ensure that the things are carefully packed to avoid loss or damage during transportation. All items must be unused, with all original tags and packing still attached. The exchange will begin within 48 hours of the product(s) being received.Please do provide courier tracking details to us via email incrivelexports@gmail.com

Once the product reaches our warehouse , our quality analyst team will check the product satisfies our condition , once the product satistfied with return conditions refund will be initiated within 24-48hrs and then the refund will reach you in 3-5business days based on your payment gateway used for purchase

Please take note that it usually takes 5-7 working days for a product to be picked up to arrive at our warehouse Incase of cash on delivery orders we would request you to send the refund method via email incrivelexports@gmail.com or whatsapp us +91-7010954079

For international return

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at incrivelexports@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 7 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.

For International Returns

On orders that are transported abroad, we hardly accept returns or exchanges of items. In the odd event that any of the goods you got are flawed or damaged, please contact us at incrivelexports@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Your advisor on this issue will be our representative.Please do mention Name , Order id, Country,Address , date of receiving Reason for return, Product with images, Please ensure invoice be present and product must not be altered , Tags must be there

After 7 days have passed since the shipment was delivered, we do not accept any damage claims. Therefore, if we approve your request for a return, please make sure to let us know about the issue and ship the product as soon as possible.

Note: Before returning any items to us, please contact us ,Duties and taxes on returning of the shipment will be cared by customer ,We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
