Shipping policy

  • TheIncrivel.com offers express shipping to Indian residents and if some locations are unreachable by courier we may charge maximum of 80rs for shipping. We cooperate with the greatest international courier companies such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, DTDC , Aramex and related logistics which can ship anywhere in the world.
  • Overseas shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and delivery location.
  • Our shipping method does not include VAT / Custom Taxes or Import Duties. Customers from other countries are liable for any customs, tariff, or levies assessed by their home nation. We have no control over these fees or charges and cannot foresee them, although they may be charged in accordance with the laws of other countries.
  • If customer orders a product from our site within 24-48 hrs product will be dispatched from our end, if they want to cancel please do contact us before 24hrs once its been dispatched we are unable to cancel from our end, customer can return the product once it reaches , for overseas return charges will be carried out by customer as well as custom taxes
  • Maximum delivery time from our end would take minimum 0 to maximum 7days for Indian Residents and for Overseas it would take 8-15days
  • In rare cases, the delivery company may charge additional fees or service charges. It is entirely the obligation of the customer to pay these charges or fees.
  • Our objective is to provide product on time, however occasionally a shipping delay that is beyond our control will occur, In this instance there will be no exchange, refund, or return.
  • If there is a shipment delay due to a product being out of stock, a delay in the tailoring process, or if there is an exceptional delay, we will email you to let you know.
